Summit Features
The I-Lead Youth Summit brought together high school students from across Mobile County for a day of learning, inspiration, and connection. Students participated in interactive sessions, heard from speakers, and connected with peers and community leaders while exploring college and career pathways, leadership, and life skills.
Listening Sessions
Listening Sessions give students the opportunity to share their voices and experiences in small-group conversations centered on topics that matter most to them. During these sessions, students will reflect on issues such as belonging at school, mental health, safe and enriching community spaces, and preparing for college, careers, and the future.
These conversations are designed to create a space where students feel heard, valued, and empowered. Insights shared during the sessions will help inform community leaders, educators, and partners as they work together to better support young people across Mobile County.
