What It is
The I-LEAD Student Advisory Board (SAB) and Ambassadors Program are leadership opportunities for high school students to lead projects, plan events, advocate for youth, and represent students across Mobile County.

Our Work
I-Lead youth summit 2026
The 2026 I-LEAD Youth Summit brought together more than 200 high school students from across Mobile County for a day of leadership, collaboration, and action. Through engaging speakers, interactive workshops, and meaningful conversations with community leaders, students explored real issues impacting youth and developed ideas for creating positive change. The summit continues I-LEAD’s mission of elevating youth voices and empowering the next generation of leaders.
