The I-Lead Youth Summit is a student-led event created by students, for students in Mobile County. It brings together high school students (grades 9–12) for a day of learning, inspiration, and connection.

At the summit, students will hear from motivating speakers, take part in interactive breakout sessions, and connect with peers and community leaders. The goal is to help young people feel more confident about their future and better prepared for life after high school.

The summit focuses on four key areas chosen by youth:

• College & Higher Education

• Career & Workforce

• Community & Leadership

• Life Skills & Well-Being

Students will leave with real tools, helpful resources, and a stronger voice in shaping their future. The I-Lead Youth Summit is a space where students are heard, supported, and encouraged to take the next step toward their goals.
