Sixth grade students in the Engaging Youth in Engineering (EYE) Club at Burns Middle School are learning about robotics and engineering by tackling design challenges that use Lego robotics kits and the same design process as real engineers.  Ms. MacDougal, a 6^th grade science teacher, sponsors the EYE Club at Burns and also serves on the EYE Teacher Curriculum Committee that advises the writers of the EYE Engineering Modules currently being developed for all EYE middle grades students.
